TERMS


Please carefully read the following terms for reserving your event at The Richmond House.

To request pricing and package information, please call or email us. Be sure to include your desired date so that we may check availability.


USAGE & CAPACITY

Host up to 250 guests.

The mansion and its surrounding grounds are a non-smoking property.

Rental includes exclusive use by your guests of all public areas of the mansion and its gardens (we reserve the right to limit space to smaller groups at the Richmond House Mansion).


RENTAL DETAILS

No additional rental fee for double-skirted tables, dining chairs, plates, glassware, flatware, or napkins.

All wedding and grooms cakes are presented on our antique English silver plateaus at no additional charge.

Upgrades of linens, china, crystal and flatware can be made at an additional charge. Charges vary according to selection made from rental company.

All weddings held at The Richmond House require our professional wedding coordinator and assistant who will direct your rehearsal and wedding ceremony. Your coordinator will discuss all aspects of your ceremony with you, take care of any special seating arrangements and coordinate the wedding party and musicians.

Use of The Richmond House Floral Design Team is required for all wedding ceremonies and receptions at The Richmond House.


DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the minimum is required to hold date and time; or $2000, whichever is greater.

Payment on preliminary invoice is due 60 days prior to date.

Two weeks prior to date, a final count is required. We will invoice any additional guests on a price-per-person basis. No refunds after final count is given.

If count is less than you were invoiced on preliminary invoice, we will issue a check for the difference

IC-IT Beverage Catering Service is a separate and solely owned company and requires a separate deposit.


TAX & SERVICE CHARGES

Add 20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax to ALL packages.

Use of The Richmond House Floral Design Team is required for all ceremonies and receptions; therefore we do not require floral damage deposits. A 20% service charge is added to floral services to cover designers' time for delivery, set-up and removal. Deliveries to certain areas of Houston may require additional fee. Please inquire.
