EVENT PLANNER
Relax and enjoy your special event! Our event planner will assist you in organizing each detail at The Richmond House and be on site for your event. Should you need assistance booking other services such as limousine, videographer, photographer, minister, or music, our event planner will be happy to provide you with information and pricing.
EVENT BOOKING
Whether planning your wedding reception or hosting a corporate event, The Richmond House is the perfect venue any time of year. The grand property and lush gardens are brilliant during the day and truly spectacular at night. The Richmond House Mansion can accommodate up to 250 guests and has an in-house catering and florist service. Package pricing is based on day of the week. REQUEST EVENT PRICING.
WEDDING CEREMONY OPTIONS
Church: There are a number of historic churches within a five-block radius of The Richmond House Mansion. All have different rental requirements for the use of their sanctuaries. Please CONTACT US if you need additional information on any of the churches located in Richmond's historic district.
The Richmond House: A wedding ceremony can be added to any reception package at The Richmond House Mansion. A fee is charged to cover additional time (two and a half hours) needed for the rehearsal and pre-ceremony needs such as photos. This fee does not include chair rental and set-up. Chair rental and set-up fee is based on number of guests and location (indoor or garden seating). REQUEST PRICING.
FLORAL SERVICES
The Richmond House Floral Design Team is one of the most talented floral design teams in the Houston area. They will assist you personally in transforming your dreams into reality. Flower prices vary greatly, depending not only on flowers chosen but time of year and availability.
Floral items offered include bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and table decorations. REQUEST FLORAL PRICING.
CATERING SERVICES
The Richmond Gourmet is our exclusive on-site catering company. We use only the freshest ingredients available and create fabulous presentations. All menu options include wedding cake and a dessert buffet at no additional cost. VIEW OUR MENUS.
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
The Richmond Gourmet offers a non-alcoholic beverage service featuring Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, iced tea, lemonade, tonic & lime, cranberry juice and soda. Coffee is included in the menu price. Our coffee is an exclusive house blend.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*
The Richmond House has an exclusive contract with IC-IT Beverage Catering Service to serve all functions requesting alcoholic beverages. Please contact Issac Tristan for a quote on all alcoholic beverage services. REQUEST A QUOTE.
*Security is required at all events serving alcohol. One officer is assigned for each 75 guests.
